"A movie was coming out and they had approached me and said "we'd love you to write a song", and I haven't really done that before, in the past I was like "how can I just make a song on command for a movie?" But then, low and behold I did it! [..] I was like I fucking love this, I love this so much! I think because the theme they wanted me to talk about was so specific, I was with two of my really good friends, Joe Janiak and James Flannigan, who I'd written with before. It felt very, of that moment. [..] I was like, "maybe I shouldn't give it to them, because maybe it should be for me" but anyway in the end they didn't use it so I was happy for it to be mine again!"
