Marina Lima Lyrics

Look, what a beautiful thing
So full of funny
It is her the girl who comes and goes away
In a sweet swing
On the way sea
Ah! I said Ah!
Your swinged is more than a poem
It is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen moving ahead
Why am I so lonely?
Why is everything so sad?
The beauty that exists
The beauty is not only mine
And it passes lonely too
Ah! I said Ah!
Ah! if she knew that when she move ahead
All the world get full of fun
And becomes more beautiful
Because of the love
behind her steps
The lyrics of Marina Lima's song, "Garota De Ipanema," celebrate the beauty and grace of a girl walking along the beach in Ipanema. The first verse follows her movements as she walks in a "sweet swing" by the sea. The second verse expresses the singer's awe at her beauty, proclaiming that her "swing is more than a poem" and the "most beautiful thing" he has ever seen move. However, despite her beauty bringing joy to others, the singer is left feeling lonely and sad. He expresses a wish that the girl could know the happiness she brings when she moves, and the joy and beauty she inspires in the world over.
