He is best known as the multidisciplinary lead of many diverse music projects (see list below). He regularly collaborates with another Cincinnati, Ohio native, Brad Mason.

He mainly plays electric guitar, acoustic guitar and sings lead vocals, but has also played piano and bass guitar. Mark Hand also does most of the recording and production for most of his projects.
He currently lives in New York.

The total polar opposite of how a trained law enforcement professional should behave, and conduct themselves, on... or off duty. 😒

This oath is not just words to be ignored, or dismissed, when they become inconvenient. They are not merely suggestions, or guidelines.
These words are a VOW, and carry substance and meaning, to professional, upstanding men and women of substance... and honor.
This profession is intended to be held by heroes, not by fearful bullies or rampant, racist rageaholics.
Police Officers cannot make excuses for this kind of misconduct. There is no excuse. When an officer puts that badge on, they should be striving always to be far, far better than that.

@@sqnhunter As a former soldier and police officer myself, I somewhat agree. However, police officers are trained to de-escalate situations first before reacting aggressively as such. Maybe the cop did try to de-escalate and the video does not show that part. I don't know. Nevertheless, based on the the police officer's foul language on how he was addressing the kids, I do not think the police officer acted very professional at all. Maybe the police officer was having a bad day, I am not sure. But being a cop is a stressful job and not to many people will understand. I am thankful no one got hurt. It could have ended really bad.

De-escalation is not a part of law enforment, it is a courtesy when allowable. ...the officers job is only to get those that break the law to the court. The only way to de-escalate an unruly crowd is to give them what they want.... and in this case..it was complete disregard for law. What is problematic...is that this guy had to respond on his own in the first instance. Backup only arrived later. I negotiate for a living...and you were never so wrong!

Look at some of the shooters in Chicago, on video, 12-13 years old firing guns and killing people. Those teens also kill cops when the opportunity arises. Look in Florida two teens, one I believe was 12 had an AK-47 and the 14 year old had a pistol and were firing at a cop. The cop shot back at them to save his own life. Just think for a moment how much smoother this incident would have gone if she simply cooperated and was respectful with the police, rather than ignoring commands, declining to leave, mouthing off - and then when she escalated the situation - wasn't emotionally prepared for the next step, which is a resulting arrest. If she didn't want to be "hurt" by police, why struggle with them? IF SHE SIMPLY WAS COOPERATIVE THE ENTIRE INCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED!! Give that some thought.

That is why it is important to listen to what the cops direct one to do. Listen and follow their directions and in most cases it should work out ok. Screaming and struggling only exacerbates the situation. Being respectful and cooperative usually avoids the ugly physical confrontation we see here.

It's simple. The police were there to sort things out and protect everyone's rights, including the rights of people who reside in the community. If it was determined that the "guests" were not authorized to be there, they should have left in a cooperative and respectful manner. When anyone chooses to challenge the police and not follow directions or lawful commands - it usually ends bad. Failing to be cooperative forces police to make quick decisions to bring people into compliance and sadly, sometimes that leads to folks getting injured or even killed.

Because they rarely get charged with anything! They beat people up, violate thier constitutional rights and even kill and 1% ever actually get charged! It's sad! Even if they get reprimanded they just resign b4 they get fired so them can get another job in a different town. Most times they get put on desk duty while internal affairs-AKA "thier own" investigates themselves! but regardless, we cant expect any police to deescelate effectively, as we dont train them properly. most wealthy nations train their new officers up to 3 full years before they're able to be an official member of the force. american police get 19 weeks of training. over 2.5 years less than those nations with effective, well trained law enforcement. they cant even properly protect themselves with 19 weeks of training, let alone anybody else.

imagine trying to learn the complex psychology of effectively deescelating an actually dangerous situation in just 19 week, then trying to squeeze in what all the devices, tools, and technologies on your body, and in your squad car are, along with the enormity of american federal, state, and local laws. the current system we pay for just hires a ton of people, without ever investing in proper training, putting everyone at risk, because all of us, police included are disposable to those who recieve unconditional protection.

Not that they are in on it but Its the Us vs Them Mentality when they are conducting an Operation. Even for them what they're seeing they know is wrong but they are trained to work as a Team no matter the circumstances. When one of them goes rogue they are also equally scared of him, by confronting him in Public would embarrass and intimidate him to be more aggressive. The Public doesn't understand this but Rank matters a lot in Disciplined Forces.
