This feeling of betrayal and abandonment can add to the sickness of one's unstable state of mind.

And let go of all your worries and fears that have consumed your life?

I know it's hard to even imagine letting go
Although it might seem impossible, it's possible to let go of these feelings, though it can be difficult.

maybe it's time you were finally crossing over
Maybe it's finally time to cross over to the other side, move past the pain and relinquish my fear.
