its more of an 80's thing, but the mainstream of any genre always lags behind a few years. For instance this is 192, think about how much farther ahead and more modern sounding underground rap and hip hop was at this point compared to this bullshit, this was released the same year as the chronic by Dre, bizzare ride 2 the pharcyde, Dead serious by DAS EFX. This sounds years behind compared to those great albums
