Si Crees En Mí

Lo que sientes tú.
Fue quererte y no tenerte.
Sólo faltas tú.
Sé que puede ser,
Si crees en mí.
No más dudas sólo tú.
Para amar hay que vivir
Siempre junto a tí,
Si deseas encontrar la felicidad.
Sé que puede ser,
Si crees en mí.
Cuántas sombras en tu mente
Siembran confusión.
Sé que sientes pero temes
Darte a plenitud.
Sé que puede ser,
Si crees en mí.
(estribillo)
No te niegues a sentir.
Sólo tú estás en mí
En cada nuevo amanecer.
En cada nueva estrella,
Sin pensar arrepentirme
Recordaré que te quise.
(estribillo)
No te niegues a sentir.
Sólo tú estás en mí,
En cada nuevo amanecer,
En cada nueva estrella.
Si crees en mí,
Para amar hay que vivir.
Vuela libre, libre corazón.
Si tú crees, si tú crees en mí.
The lyrics to Marta Sánchez's song "Si Crees En Mí" speak about the intensity of love and the importance of believing in oneself and in one's love. The song is written in second person, with the singer addressing the listener directly and encouraging them to trust their feelings and to open themselves up fully to love.
The first verse establishes the connection between the singer and the listener, with the singer recognizing how the listener's feelings affect her. She then laments the pain of wanting someone who can't be had, and suggests that only the listener is missing from her life. This sentiment is echoed throughout the song in the repeated chorus phrase, "Sé que puede ser, si crees en mí", which translates to "I know it can happen, if you believe in me".
The second verse delves deeper into the listener's mindset, suggesting that outside forces are keeping them from fully embracing love. The singer acknowledges the confusion and fear that the listener feels, but insists that those feelings can be overcome if the listener has faith in themselves and their love.
