+Martin Harley Hi Martin, great to see you in the comment section. I've got a question, hope you'll can answer. I bought a weissenborn guitar a few weeks ago from Luna Guitars - roughly 350€. So I wanted to get the LR Baggs M1 in that guitar but the soundhole is only about 9,5 cm / 3,7 inches wide and I can't get that pickup in properly. Also the strings are much wider, so the poles of the pickup don't overlap the strings like in a normal western guitar.
Do I have to make slight modifications to the guitar in order to get the M1 in? Or did I bought simply the wrong guitar? Can you tell me how the LR baggs fit in your guitar? I wanna keep the M1 definitely but I'm not so sure about the weissenborn. Hope you can answer. I appreciate your music and style big time. Thanks
