This man's songs really have shown me through some of the biggest points of my life.
Starting with this one. Making it through my first heartbreak with a boy, which seems so cliche and little to some. But really paved the way for a lot of my hardest times. Abandoned with a drug problem by person I thought I loved most.
Then, Curl up and Die. Which helped me through the acceptance of going into foster care and my mother's abuse and neglect. When she was once my best friend in life.
To now, with As the World Caves in. An unexpected pregnancy with the love of my life who I was lucky to find through all of this. And one day I will dance to that song at our wedding with our little one able to be there and having a small happy little family.
