Does anybody else get an existential vibe from this song?

It all just sounds very existential to me.

I'm kind of hoping it's not just a love story or about a fear of the future, but alot of people are saying it's about being confused about the future but I kind of think it branches further into being confused about reality, maybe I'm looking too deep but it becomes alot more profound to me if it is meant to be more philosophical. Which would make alot of sense in an album about language and perspective wouldnt it, opinions?

I've thought about this a lot, and I'm pretty sure this is my favorite song on the new album... It's difficult, because Pretend and Rearview are amazing too. Whatever, all the songs are incredible! I've been a fan since what seems like the beginning, but I didn't see them live until last night, and I was completely blown away. Love you guys!

It was just a temporary title christo put down because he was jamming with his buddy Matthew James Kotak around the time the song was made and it ended up staying that way. I think it’s neat but it really should’ve been titled Language and Perspective since it’s the opening track and also has “Language and Perspective shape the way we live” as lyrics.
