On his musical style Matthew says "I have always had an attraction to folk music - happy guitar rhythms, thousands of vocal harmonies and random percussion is what I'm all about. I'm not the best at speaking, but through music, it's completely comfortable. Music - It takes up a lot of my time, it drives me, it makes me who I am. I try to live my life a little differently to the way most people think it should be done. For me, music is very closely linked to that. I like to try and bring my hopes and beliefs through that. What I aim to achieve is for people be affected by my music - in a great way, a way that will make them think about where they're at. Something that everyone can relate to. If you had to force something out of me, I'd tell you that I play folk music - folk music with an electronic back bone. I have so many influences, ranging from the people everyone's heard of, like Mumford & Sons, to people like Gold Panda. I hope that this musical adventure, way of life if you will, that I'm taking will help you to enjoy whatever adventure it is that you are taking."

Baby got 'em opened all over town
Strictly biz, don't play around
Cover much ground, they got the game by the pound
Getting paid is her forte
Each and every day, the true player way
I can't get her out of my mind
East side to the West side
They're pushin' phat rides, it's no surprise
She got tricks in the stash
Stacking up the cash
Fast when it comes to the gas
By no means average
She's on when she's got to have it
Baby, you're a perfect ten, I wanna get in
Can I get down, so I can win?
I like the way you work it
No diggity
I got to bag it up (bag it up)
I like the way you work it
No diggity
I got to bag it up (bag it up)
I like the way you work it
No diggity
I got to bag it up (bag it up)
I like the way you work it, no, no, no
Hey-oh, hey-oh, hey-oh, hey-oh
Hey-oh, hey-oh, hey-oh, hey-oh
Hey-oh, hey-oh, hey-oh, hey-oh
Hey-oh, hey-oh, hey-oh, hey-oh
The lyrics to "No Diggity" by Matthew Mole present a commentary on a woman who is an excellent businesswoman and knows how to get what she wants. The opening verse describes her as someone who "gets down" and has men all over town opening themselves up to her. She's strictly business, and she covers a lot of ground, making sure she's ahead of the game. She's also someone who knows how to get paid, and she does it in a true player's way. The chorus expresses the singer's admiration for this woman and her work ethic, using the phrase "no diggity" to show how genuine his feelings are. The subsequent verses describe the woman's lifestyle, including her love of fast, flashy cars and her ability to make money quickly. The repeated chant "hey-oh" brings the song together and makes it a catchy earworm that you won't be able to get out of your head.
