Christopher Browning depends on what eggs u get. Big breakfast is liquid from a carton. Mcgriddle egg or bacon egg and cheese biscuit egg comes in frozen. The sausage McMuffin egg is freshly cracked. I use to work there

Here in the states, when I order a Big Breakfast w/ hotcakes I get pancakes, one patty of sausage, eggs and a biscuit. This comes with butter, syrup, and jam. Keep up the good work Ken! :)

Hey Ken, did you notice in the past year when McDonalds coffee started tasting differently? I heard that Tim Hortons and McDs switched providers for their coffee beans... I like Tim Hortons before but now I love McDs!

When I worked at McDonald's (Simcoe & Taunton in Oshawa), I had a few customers who used to winter in Florida and they said the same thing about the US McDonald's coffee in the northern states but said the Florida McDonald's coffee was waaaaay better than Canada. I have also been told that Dunkin Donuts is a good substitute for Tim Hortons a pinch. It's a better value for a Hotcake Happy Meal. It includes a hash brown and the drink (I usually do juice) because I will always have coffee on the side LOL. It's only a few cents more to add a sausage to it. Heather xo

my nonnas pancakes are absolutely amazing. they're massive but super thin, airy but a bit crispy on the edge. Melt in your mouth fantastic. She could give her recipe to anyone but no one can make them the way she can. I don't really like breakfast foods at all but those damn pancakes get me every time.

Homemade pancakes are best! Some packaged brands are okay, but by the time you get done adding everything to the powdered mix, you might as well make it from scratch.

Anytime I buy a breakfast from McDonalds (a lot), of course I have to get a coffee. The last few times, I felt like it just wasnt as much coffee in the cup as it used to be. I chalked it up to a thinner cup, a miniscule smaller cup, whatever. THEN...the other day I just, on a whim, looked at the bottom of the cup. I dont know about the others but the medium coffee cup's bottom is a good two inches shorter. You can't see it unless you look at the bottom of the cup. Have you noticed? I was amazed!!!

In late 90s when I worked at a McDonald's, the Hotcakes and biscuits were made and frozen. In the 70s and 80s, the grill people used to come early in morning to make the Hotcakes and biscuits on site with the company's own batter. Guess by the late 90s this process don't work any more.

I remember here in the UK, When i was going to a caravan park with my family, we would stop at mcdonalds for breakfast and i would always get the pancakes! So good 😚

Crazy about the coffee lol....funny how tastes are different, i loved McDonald's coffee, $1 any size too....i quit McDonald's and Coffee several years ago, not sure if its still $1 any size but I liked it 10x better than dunkin doughnuts coffee where I lived in the states.

we have a fried southern style chicken biscuit on the breakfast menu down here in Texas so you can do that chicken and pancakes combo here. you should try the Americano on their McCafe menu. its just espresso and hot water so a kicked up coffee.

When I was a teenager our local McDonald's in Allegan, Michigan had an all u can eat hot cakes one night a week. Way before All Day Breakfast. It was 2.99 for hotcakes and sausage then as many as you could eat (3 at a time), but no sausage refills. My parents, on a budget, loved it. I'd eat 10 to 12 cakes each time.

My favourite breakfast from Mickey Ds is the Tomato and Feta morning mcwrap or the hash brown and sausage morning mcwrap. I tend to alternate those! Breakfast burritos are good too. Heck my fave things from McDonald’s is mainly their breakfasts. It’s ALL good!

McDonrald's breakfast was a lot better when they actually made the hotcakes and biscuits from scratch. They used to cook the bacon on the grill as well. Now, everything gets microwaved.

I don't care for McD (US) coffee either. The best fast food coffee I've had is, believe it, Taco Bell. It's brewed Keurig way one cup at a time. I think you will be surprised too. Unless they have the US/Canada thing like McD coffee.

Since I've been on keto, I don't eat McDonalds breakfast anymore. I suppose I could get 2 orders of scrambled eggs and 2 sausage, but I just never have. In the past, I liked the sausage burrito meal or the big breakfast.

my dad took all of his recipes to the grave with him. if he was cooking for one or two he would make pancakes home made. but there were 6 of us so most of the time he was cooking alot so he would make box pancakes. but no one knew his secrets. he took those to the grave

The deluxe use to be on the menu that included the hot cakes. Now it's just the big breakfast. And yes the hot cakes & sausage or bacon is on the all day breakfast menu. All we do is throw them in the queuing oven. They come already made so we just heat them up.

Milk, self rising flour, lard, melt the lard in the skillet and put a ladle full in it and flip it and use fresh butter and syrup, sausage links, hash browns, scramble eggs, buttered toast and that is a classic meal anytime.

It's been awhile since haing the pancakes, but the McGriddles are very addictive. A LONG time ago I use to do the box mix, just add water to container and shake, and frozen pancakes or waffles from the package. I haven't gone back after making my own from scratch.

You must have a good pancake recipe because i have tried joy of cooking recipe for pancakes and went back to bisquik pancakes or mcdonalds. Mcdonalds should sell waffles. That would be great.
