3:02 I honestly think we don’t talk about the look on brie’s face enough. She’s proud of Addison for finally being comfortable in her own skin and she doesn’t think any differently of her despite her flaws. That’s what a best friend should be.
Also I like to think that the concept of Addisons hair means something bigger than just “oh yeah weird hair color gotta hide it”. I think it represents Racism and homophobia, and the separation from people who are “Normal” and people who are different. There are alot of themes in many Disney movies like this that further add on to that theory. As a kid I just enjoyed the message of Friendship and love but now as a teenager I understand that it goes deeper than that and I’m living for it.
