Wait a minute, why did they cut out the most important part of the song? The one that is supposed to send a message about the LBGT community that they can be themselves? Love her covers, but this one really sucks :( Oh and uhm, why does it look like the other one tries to be just like her? This is about principle. "Born This Way" is not just some song, it's a movement for LGBT rights and there's even a Born This Way Foundation to help LGBT kids struggling with identity and social acceptance issues. The entire damn song is about LGBT equality, it's become an anthem, so to make a cover like this is completely disrespecting the movement.

It would be akin to a white singer making a cover of "We Shall Overcome" and leaving out all that pesky civil rights talk.

If you rely on a song to by one of the craziest(not meant offensive..just antics) pop stars this decade to make you feel fine the way you are...perhaps you have a self esteem issue...and maybe..just maybe..you should not be taking offense when a cover by a couple talented girls omits the particular part you get your boost from. Bitterness over these girls having a good time is kinda silly.

I truly find it disappointing. The point of this song is to celebrate diversity in who you are & Megan & Alyssa cut out a huge chunk of that! Regardless of whether they disagree with equality, cutting out "No matter gay, straight or bi, lesbian, transgender..." I find it very offensive to take that whole sector out! It takes the whole meaning out for some people especially myself as a gay woman. I find that it undermines the whole song of embracing who you are and how you were born. Thumbs down for this video.
