The group officially debuted in 2014. The group composed of four members: Yeoeun, Chahee, Yein and Yoomin. Melody Day started their career in 2012[1]for sang a soundtrack to another dramas. Melody Day released I Have a Person That I Love for drama Pretty Man in November 2013,[2] All Aboutfor Master's Sun and Like Back Then for My Daughter Seo-young, which was nominated as Best OST at the Seoul International Drama Awards.[3] On June 26, 2013, they released the ballad Loving Alone as a part of single album New Wave Studio Rookie, Vol. 1. Melody Day official debuted with release first single album Another Parting on February 25, 2014. Thr music video was starring by Seo In-guk and Wang Ji-won.[4] On May 21, they released digital single The Very Last First featuring 2AM's Changmin.[5]On August 14, Melody Day released digital single To Tell You the Truth featuring CNBLUE's Lee Jong-hyun.[6]Melody Day released original soundtrack for drama Fated to Love You called You're My Everything, while remake of Jeff Bernat's Be The One.[7] In October 2014, Melody Day introduced new member, Yoomin.[8]The group released first song as a quartet called Listen to My Heart for drama Cantabile Tomorrow.[9] On December 12, Melody Day's second single album Anxious was released, featuring Mad Clown.[10] Melody Day's third single album was released on June 9. Four months later, Melody Day released their fourth single album Speed Up and it was released on October 7. They release Speed Up music video starring Got7's Junior. On December 28, Melody Day released their fifth single album If It Rains featuring VIXX's Ravi.[11]

Gong Hyo Jin is a really great actress! One of my most favourite Korean actress. She's not afraid to play a role that most actress may not want to.

Jacky Chew Like in Thank You where she played a mother with daughter who has HIV and a dementia grandfather. Several actresses turned down the role, because it was viewed as an unglamorous role. Or in Crush and Blush, where she played a character who's not likable and looked so unattractive with messy hair, not wearing make up, outdated clothes, plus suffered from a delusion and inferiority complex. A complete opposite with the usual beauty of lead actress in drama. Many actresses also turned down that role for the same reason.

+Daniela Di Foggia Well, the think is in Korea it's a little bit different. Image is really important for celebs, even if it's just image from a character on the screen. And physical trait, especially beautiful face, is important. For example, like the role I've said before about a character that's unattractive and not the beauty standard. It's just a character, but sometimes it will affect the real actress in real life, makes her unappealing in people's eyes, and she can face a harsh judgement or even a bashing from people, just because of that role.
Of course, not all people in there are like that, but those people are the most vocal one.

By the way this make me respect her even more, she is really a pro!

And also, you will become more popular if you play a "beauty" role. I mean, the character can be a poor person or a troubled one, but if you have the face, it will be a popular character. While, the unattractive one in her physical trait, even if it's the heroine with interesting character, won't be liked so much.

But, again, these are just a fraction of people. It's not a generalization. As you can see, the drama with the role I've mentioned before, about a mother with HIV daughter, it was quite a hit. That means most people don't have problem of it. And, for the actresses themself, most of the big names, especially the ones considered A-list, are not like that, picky for their role. Just a few.

FINALLY THIS WONDERFUL OST WE HEAR IN THE SHOW SINCE THE EP WHERE THEY WATCHED THE FIREWORKS TGT.
