Isolated
Merge Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Is there someone outhere
Is there anyone who takes care
Is there just a friend around me
Who decides ans cares me
I hear a million voices
Through corridors of trust
Sometimes a distant thunder
Strange planets wrapped in dust
I am isolated
I feel so alone
I am isolated
From flesh to my bone
We can ride on the river
There will be no return
We are waiting patiently
For the end when we will burn
The acid sun is shining
But the clouds cover the warmth
Behind the black horizon
We'll defeat the evil's storm
I am isolated
I feel so alone
I am isolated
From flesh to my bone
I am isolated
I feel so alone

I am isolated
From flesh to my bone

Overall Meaning

The song "Isolated" by Merge speaks to the feeling of being alone and disconnected from the world around you. The opening lines ask if there is anyone out there, anyone who takes care or even just a friend to be there. This is a common feeling that many people experience at some point in their lives, where they feel like they are the only ones going through what they are going through. The second verse paints a picture of hearing voices, but they are distant and disconnected. It's like they're in another world entirely.

The chorus repeats the idea of feeling isolated and alone, almost like the singer is trapped inside their own mind. They are unable to connect with others on a deep level, and it's taking a toll on them. The third verse paints a bleak picture of waiting for the end, surrounded by darkness and evil, where even the sun is shining with acid, and the warmth can't break through the clouds. And yet, even in the midst of this, there is hope of defeating the storm that rages within.

Overall, the song "Isolated" deals with the feeling of loneliness in a powerful and evocative way. It touches on the idea that even when we are surrounded by people, we can still feel disconnected and alone, and that this sense of alienation can be incredibly difficult to overcome.

Hello man! Thanks for all your help videos regarding modding. Im new to modding so it has helped me out a-lot. I have one question tho:
I have made a mod-list with about 450 mods. This weekend i started to download and everything went well. After about 50 mods with 47 plugins MO2 stopped to activate new plugin files, and i don’t know why. I downloaded and installed 67 mods but the plug-in was stuck on 47.
I have closed my NOD32 Anti-virus but that didn’t help. My game works fine. Im using Loot and with the mods i already had downloaded it is zero problems/warnings and when Im testning the game from the SKSE startup from within MO2 everything runs very well and looks great.
If you can help me with my MO2 doings I would be very thankful.
I can download the mods to the MO2 and I can install them. But when I activate them the plug-in won’t (shift side) to the plug-in side.
My MO2 and Skyrim SE folder is on the same SSD but NOT in the same file. The SSD is new and it’s only purpose is for the Skyrim folder and for the MO2 folder. I have nothing else on that SSD.
When I dubble-click on one of the mods that MO2 can’t activate I can see that there is NO plug-in. Normally you can se the plug-in file and you can choose if you will have it activated, but here both sides (inactive/active) is empty.
I downloaded Open Door, not from Nexus, and that worked out fine. So whatever it is it seems only to effect when I’m downloading from Nexus.
I have tried to open the Windows Firewall and I have made changes to my Nod32 antivirus program and tried with Nod32 completely off. I have even tried to open the folders from blocking from within Powershell, but now files within my MO2 folder and SKYRIM folder is blocked anyway. My Windows account is administrator. I don’t know what I can do mere then I have done.
I have also reinstalled both Skyrim and MO2 with all the mods. And again I can download all the mods I did before, before this problem began, all other mods I can download texture and meches but no patches files.
Weird shit. But the weirdest shit is that when I’m about to download a mod Iand look at the Preview files in Nexus I can’t see any esp/esl/esm files either. It’s like my computer tries to save me from something it hasn’t even bothered to let me know.
I think my only chance is to download from a friend and use my usb memory stick.
Best regards from πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ

First, I like to say I never tried merging plugins because one I was never over or near the 255 limit, but I recently found I been going over it, and how it did not seem to have negative effect that I can tell, but I been over around the 260-265 mark. Watching this video made merging plugins seem easy and not so scary to me. I was always afraid of messing something up and having to start all over modding from the beginning.

My first question(I am sure there will be more). I found that I have 16 plugins 2 0f them esm files the rest esp files being used up for character/NPC overhaul (changing the way they look). Examples Appachii hair, KS hair, Some overlays for Racemenu, skin, hair, eye textures as well as some presets for character creation, Northborne NPC's, etc.

My thinking after watching this video would it make sense to merge these? my hesitation comes with when I hover over them it seems the only Masters they get required to are the core masters ie. Skyrim.esm, Update.esm, etc. The other exception would be Apachii Hair.esm and High Poly Heads Esm.

Another question would it also make sense to mege followers into these as well to make all just one plugin? Any advise things to look out for would be helpful. If it can be done this would take about 15-25 mods and put them in one plugin dramatically dropping my active mods.

Final question: If you are merging Armor and Clothing Mods and have Bodyslide should you include the bodyslide output in the merg?

I would loveeeee a more advanced tutorial on this. Like how to merge mods with BSA's, Using the clean mod vs Clobber and when to do this? There is very little information about zedit out there that i can find. It would be amazing if you had any other info you could share with us on this. @gamerpoets
