Metalium Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
And beyond as a master of all elements.
Cristallic icon, so our hero may look back
Through the circle of fate and never forget his dream of doom.
Conquering the storm, gives him the dominance to reign
Over thunder and lightning.
Stygian fire, pierces the tortured souls
Of the hollow-eyed heathens in a single glance.
And the sacred fount, by which he communicates
With the gods for he will soon be one of us...
Divine
He, our courageous and powerful metalian,
Who has conquered all of which has been laid out
Before him with true strength and honor shall become
Immortal - the conquest
We have been triumphant!
The lyrics of Metalium's song Elements speak of the journey of a hero who possesses mastery over all the elements. The hero is described as going on a pilgrimage to the next parallel and beyond, which can be interpreted as a metaphor for exploring the depths of the psyche and beyond. The journey is undertaken with a sense of purpose, as the hero is described as a "master of all elements." The use of the word 'master' connotes a sense of control and power, suggesting that the hero is not only physically strong but also possesses a deep understanding of the elements.
Furthermore, the lyrics mention a "Cristallic icon" which serves as a reminder of the hero's ultimate destiny. It is said that the hero will "never forget his dream of doom," implying that there may be a sense of inevitability or fate surrounding his journey. As the hero progresses, he conquers the "storm" and gains the "dominance to reign over thunder and lightning," suggesting a sense of triumph over nature itself.
The lyrics also mention "Stygian fire," used to describe the hero's abilities to pierce through the very souls of his enemies with a single glance. This adds to the already vivid imagery present in the lyrics. The final lines speak of the hero's impending divinity, suggesting that he will soon become one with the gods. The lyrics, therefore, paint an epic journey of a powerful hero who conquers all obstacles and ultimately ascends to a higher state of being.
