After making the purchase I got all the shed plans and woodworking blueprints within 5 minutes. And the great thing is that I got the product for a lower price as there are no shipping costs which is really affordable justu.faith However, if you prefer buying the CD then you can buy this Shed Plans with extra benefit!

Amazing work as always! Watching this the day after I built my (much smaller) garage loft (probably should have watched before lol). GRK should sponsor Kyle. Because of him, I don't think twice about spending extra for them. They're a joy to use.

Just a beautiful job Kyle as always. Well thought out and clear. That’s one happy customer I imagine!

Great vid Kyle, you must love the change here and there , building a mezzanine in between post frames gotta be fun haha for me I build houses and when it comes to the finish Carpentry/fixout ( we call it) it’s a great change

I think I would have used LVL's for the beam. 16' is quite a span and most of the mezzanines we have built had floor loading requirements of like 80lbs psf. Nice video

Love watching you guys using pine, working with a such soft timber sure makes things look easy, where I live we use Jarrah for building timbers, when I was poor I used recycled Jarrah, man that's as hard as steel, every piece has to be predrilled.

I love my mezzanine in my shed. Not only does it give me the room up above for storage, but also a lockable, heated room down below and an area for hardware where the ceiling is 8' and can be lighted real well. They make a lot of extra usable space if your not parking big machinery back there.

Not intended as criticism.....those 2x12's became 2x10's(looks like an 1- 1/2" notch) when you notched the bottom of those joists and header ......Love your work ethic and your laser straight buildings. I really enjoy watching you join 2 pieces of metal together, pure art.

After watching your videos, you’ve convinced me I need a mezzanine when I build my shop. Greatly increases storage while losing very minimal floor space.

hell yeah.. how else you gonna watch the game while looking at your toys? Plus you can use under the mezz for racks and racks of parts storage bins ;-)
