2. The other Mi6 was a political punk band from Willimantic, Conn. in the early 1990s that recorded two EPs on the Vandal Children Records label. Members of that band later went on to play for The Queers and Ready the Jet.

The lyrics to Mi6's song Jabberjaw seem to be talking about the singer's love for cartoons and how it has become an obsession of sorts. The first stanza talks about how the singer sees himself as a superhero, ready to save the day, yet he is also waiting for a CAT scan, which could imply a mental issue that might be causing his obsession. The singer then talks about different cartoons and how changes in them have affected him. He also seems to be dealing with a disapproving father who wants him to turn down the volume and go out to play. The last stanza shows the singer's love for cartoons continuing, and he wishes to find someone who understands his love for them.
