Back to sleep
Late for work again
Ah...同じEveryday
Oh...My life
Force a plastic smile
Huh...だるいeveryday
But listen to what I have to say to you
So Get up and GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But you don't have the time to see
All the chances right in front of you
Try to find my way out
Through this Crazy Wonderland
Train
Your head is hanging in the clouds
With thoughts of yesterday
Tell me, what is happening?
But listen to what I have to say to you
So Get up and GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But you don't have the time to see
All the chances right in front of you
La La La La La La La La....
La La La La La La La...
But you don't have the mind to see
All the beauty that's in front of you
The lyrics to MiChi's song UP TO YOU describe the monotony and repetition of daily life, particularly in the context of work and commuting. The first verse mentions the frustration of waking up to a loud alarm only to hit snooze and oversleep, leading to being late for work yet again. The second verse speaks of the tedium of work and the pressure to put on a happy face even when one doesn't feel like it. The chorus encourages listeners to change their way of thinking and see the world differently, recognizing that there are opportunities and happiness to be found if one looks for them. The bridge speaks of feeling lost in a crowd and disconnected from one's surroundings, but again urges the listener to change their mindset and focus on the good things in life.
Overall, the song is a call to action to break free of a negative cycle and take control of one's own happiness. It acknowledges the difficulties of daily life, but also emphasizes the power of perspective and attitude in making a difference.
