He released his first solo record, "The Story I Tell" in October of 2013 and it debuted at #3 on the iTunes Christian/Gospel charts and #93 on the overall iTunes charts. It also reached #2 on Billboard Magazine's Heatseeker Chart for the SouthCentral United States region (Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico) for all genres released that week. He recently released a fun, new project titled "The Kitchen Sink EP" on October 7th, 2014 and it climbed all the way to #2 on the iTunes Christian/Gospel Charts. Tyler describes it as "the kind of record you listen to with your 'steel-toe dancing shoes on'" because it will both lyrically challenge your heart but also make you want to get up and bust a move.

Amen
Amen
Oh amen
When I think
About where I would have been without You
I'm so glad
Even if I tried, I couldn't count the ways
Not enough words for me to ever say
Just how good, how good You are to me
How could I hide this joy inside of me
Amazing grace, oh Lord, how can it be
Every day of my life, I want the world to see
I can't get over what You've done for me
You got me singing like
Amen
Amen
Amen
Oh amen
What You did
Has given me a hope forever
What You do
Has shown me you will never leave
Even if I tried, I couldn't count the ways
Not enough words for me to ever say
Just how good, how good You are to me
How could I hide this joy inside of me
Amazing grace, oh Lord, how can it be
Every day of my life, I want the world to see
I can't get over what You've done for me
You got me singing like
Amen
Amen
Amen
Oh amen
I can't get over what You've done for me
That's why I gotta sing
I can't get over what You've done for me
That's why I gotta sing
Every mountain
Every valley
Ever since the day You found me
I can't get over what You've done for me
That's why I gotta sing, amen
How could I hide this joy inside of me
Amazing grace, oh Lord, how can it be
Every day of my life I want the world to see
I can't get over what You've done for me
You got me singing like
Amen
Amen
Amen
Oh amen
Amen
Amen
Amen
Oh amen
The song "Amen" by Micah Tyler is a heartfelt expression of the singer's gratitude to God. The song opens with Micah reflecting on where his life would have been without God, and he expresses his relief that he never has to go back to that place again. He goes on to praise God for all the good things he has done in his life, acknowledging that he can never fully express his gratitude. The chorus repeats the word "Amen" four times, which means "so be it" or "let it be," indicating that Micah is fully accepting everything God has done in his life.
The second verse follows a similar structure, with Micah praising God for the hope that he has given him and the assurance that he will never leave him. Again, he acknowledges that no matter how hard he tries, he can never fully express his gratitude for all that God has done in his life. The bridge repeats the same message of thankfulness, with Micah singing that he can't get over what God has done for him, which is why he has to sing out in praise.
Overall, the song is a beautiful expression of faith, hope, and gratitude. It is an acknowledgment that even in the darkest times, God is always there and always working for our good. The repetition of "Amen" throughout the song serves as a reminder that we can trust in God's goodness and sovereignty, and that we should always be willing to praise Him for all that He has done.
