1. Morgenfish (Michaël Jacobs) is a 30 year old composer raised in a small village near Amsterdam.

At young age he turned out to be a talented trumpetist, but he soon discovered an even more exciting hobby; the possibility of using a computer to vent his musical creativity. When he got his first synthesizer he started experimenting.

Searching for his style he got inspired by the classical music his parents listened to. He loved the melodious character which he translated to his early trance productions.

Later discovering his qualities in making lounge he continued in this direction. With time his focus shifted forwards the upcoming chill out electronica genre.

“Making Music is one of the most exiting occupations. Trough music I can truly express myself”.

Early 2007 the album “Everyday The Same Dream” under the artistname “Michaël” was released at djtrx for online distribution. His latest album “Deep Sea Waves” is soon to be released at the same dutch label djtrx, under the new Morgenfish alias.
