Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
Michael Bublé Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Have yourself a merry little Christmas
Let your heart be light
From now on
Our troubles will be out of sight

Have yourself a merry little Christmas
Make the yuletide gay
From now on
Our troubles will be miles away

Here we are as in olden days
Happy golden days of yore
Faithful friends who are dear to us
Gather near to us, once more

Through the years
We all will be together
If the fates allow
Hang a shining star
Upon the highest bough
And have yourself a merry little Christmas now

Faithful friends who are dear to us
Gather near to us, once more

Through the years
We all will be together
If the fates allow
So hang a shining star

Above the highest bough
A merry little Christmas now

This is the first Christmas without my Grandma. No call from her, no card, no hugs, no chicken dinner from her. I can't imagine how my aunt who she lived with will do this season. Appreciate being with your loved ones because you never know when they'll be gone

Rest in peace. Too bad my grandmother died before I was born, I would be so happy to see her right now. I hope you are doing okay without her. Lots of love! 😊
