I can’t believe these where new vocals , recorded it 2007. Sounds exactly like he did in the 80s!

Sausscery yeah but unlike other 2008 remixes, MJ was actually involved on this one and re-recorded vocals, because it was probably made during Mj and Will‘ ireland sessions, it has a very distinctively production and the kind of sound they were working on back then.
