Enséñame A Cantar
Micky Lyrics

Enséñame a cantar, enséñame a cantar
Enséñame a cantar, enséñame a cantar
Enséñame a cantar, enséñame a cantar
Enséñame a cantar, enséñame a cantar
Enséñame a cantar, enséñame a cantar
Enséñame a cantar, enséñame a cantar
Enséñame a cantar, enséñame a cantar
Enséñame a cantar, enséñame a cantar
The song "Enséñame a Cantar" by Micky centers on a young man who is going for a walk, wanting to forget about his problems. He discovers a little girl sitting down, playing a banjo and singing without stopping. He joins her, and she invites him to sing with her. The young man has a broken heart and needs love, and the girl is willing to teach him how to sing.
The song is simple, but it carries a lot of meaning. The lyrics suggest that singing can heal the soul and that it can be taught by anyone, regardless of their age, experience, or background. The little girl becomes a symbol of those who are ready to guide us through life's challenges, and the song itself is a call for help and connection.
Overall, "Enséñame a Cantar" is a heartwarming song that encourages us to find comfort in each other and in the healing power of music.

Memories of my first ever visit to Spain in 1977. I went with my parents and my sisters to Cala Mesquida in Majorca and they used to play this song nearly all the time we were there.
