La noche me gusta

Me tienta y a ver que me da
Me vende a buen precio el peligro
Me reta, me vence y se va
La noche no apaga el infierno
No teme la furia de Dios
No esconde venganza en sus ojos
La noche me gusta
Me gusta lo bueno
Lo bueno es pecado
Y el resto no es malo
Lo bueno es tan malo que
Me gusta lo bueno y
Me gusta lo malo, sí
Me gusta
No pacto, no escucho, no acepto
Y a cambio de nada te ví
No quise, no pude, no supe no, no, no, no
Y unas alas tan tercas tan audaces
Tan osadas tan ligeras
¡y a volar!
Camino con pasos ligeros
No sé cuantos doy, los que doy
Me lleva pa' lante la historia
No estando, ni estuve, ni estoy
A lo puro y lo casto
Se los come un te quiero
Y me voy vida abajo
Caminito al infierno
De una vida tan corta
Que no sabe que le va a pasar
Una vida que busca, que respira
Y que no olvida lo que es bueno
De una vida tan libre
Que no entiendo adonde quiere ir
Y unas alas tan tercas, tan audaces
Tan osadas, tan ligeras
¡y a volar!
The lyrics to "Noche Me Gusta" by Miguel Bose describe the appeal and danger of the night. He portrays the night as seductive and unpredictable, enticing him with the possibility of danger and excitement. He acknowledges that the night does not fear God's wrath and does not abide by honor or integrity. However, despite the potential for sin and darkness, Bose admits that he is drawn to both good and bad aspects of the night. He suggests that even virtuous things can be consumed by the night, and it leads him "vida abajo," or to a downward spiral.
The song's second verse reflects on the consequences of succumbing to the night's allure. Bose remembers a moment of weakness where he blindly agreed to something without realizing the weight of his decision. He compares this urge to a house with windows close to heaven, revealing the desire that led him astray. Despite the potential consequences of his actions, Bose accepts his life as one that seeks and remembers good things. He acknowledges that life is short and fleeting, and we must make the most of it, much like the night.

So daring, so light
¡y a volar!
And to fly!
