The demon has watched me with one eye
Someone has been keeping a close eye on me, maybe to harm or trick me, and I wonder what their real intentions are.

What's hiding behind the other?
I am curious about what the person watching me with one eye is hiding, which could be just as harmful as what is already visible.

Another betrayal, another pain?
I am anticipating that the hidden motives of whoever is watching me may lead to more betrayal and pain.

The ones that you trust will watch your back
It's common to trust people to protect and support you, but sometimes those same people can turn around and harm you.

Are often the greatest stabbers
Ironically, those we trust to be loyal are often the biggest traitors and cause the most harm.

Possession of anger makes them bleed for more jealousy
When people are fueled by anger or envy, they often become even more envious and destructive towards others, leading to more conflict.

All ethics and morals we were taught
The values and principles that we learned and were supposed to guide us in life are not reflective of current societal norms.

Differ far from those today.
What we were taught as right and wrong in the past is no longer applicable or relevant to the present era.

The devil is rubbing both his hands,
Evil or malevolent forces are pleased and empowered by the erosion of moral and ethical values in society.

Proud of what he's accomplished.
These malevolent forces take pleasure in the corruption and decline of societal values that were meant to keep people safe and just.

All rotten,
Everything around us is decaying, corrupt, and decaying, including the values and principles that we were taught to believe in.

Forgotten...
As societal values degrade and become irrelevant, people begin to forget their importance and abandon them in favor of other pursuits.

Those sacred rules.
The moral guidelines and ethical principles that were once held as sacred and infallible have eroded and are no longer considered valuable or worth following.

Forsaken,
When society abandons a moral principle or ethical value, it is left alone and unsupported, causing it to degrade even further.

Mistaken
The loss and rejection of important values and principles is misguided and will ultimately lead to harm and destruction.

In a world of fools.
Despite the importance of moral and ethical values, many people prefer to act foolishly and disregard them for personal gain or pleasure.

A goblet of fire has been thrown
Someone has instigated harm, chaos, or conflict, causing destruction and injury to others.

The dragon is sighing sadly
Those who are caught in the crossfire or harm's way because of the violence are lamenting and expressing sadness at their misfortune.

No one is reacting anymore...
People have become desensitized to violence and chaos and are no longer willing or able to react to it or confront it head-on.

The knights are returning all their swords
People who were once defenders of justice and seekers of truth have given up or relinquished their roles and are no longer fighting for what is right.

No reason to keep on fighting
The loss of values and principles has made people feel like it's no longer worth the effort to fight for justice or fairness because they believe that they won't be successful anyway.

The order that rules the world is evil and meaningless
The systems and structures that govern our societies are corrupt and lack any valid moral or ethical compass, causing more harm and chaos.

Where can I search to find
In a world where moral and ethical values are scarce or missing, one might wonder where to look for guidance and meaning.

All the good left behind
The good deeds, moral values, and ethical principles that were once valued and practiced in society can be hard to find today.

When there's no truth in anyone?
In a society where lying and deceit are rampant and honesty is rare, it's hard to know whom to trust or follow for guidance.

Children living today,
The younger generation growing up today.

Which rules will they obey when all the teachers start to fail?
When adults and authority figures fail to lead by good example or teach moral values, children will grow up without guidance and direction, leading to more disarray.

Where have they gone... those rules?
In a world where amorality and corruption thrive, one wonders where the moral and ethical values and principles that are essential for a just society have gone.
