Elliott is one of the first female hip hop superstars, known for a long series of hits including "The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)", "Hit 'Em Wit Da Hee", "Get Ur Freak On", "One Minute Man", "Work It", and "Lose Control". In addition she has received recognition as one of the most successful songwriters of the modern music era, having crafted a number of hit records for artists such as Aaliyah, 702, Total, Ciara, Nicole Wray and Tweet, often with production-partner and childhood friend Timbaland. She was the third female rapper to ever go Platinum, behind Lil' Kim and Da Brat.
Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, she began her career in the all-girl R&B group, Sista in 1993. Eventually, the band folded and Elliott began her career as a solo rapper. Since the early 1990's, Elliott has won six Grammys, recently scoring one for her video of "Lose Control."
Other releases are 'Teary Eyed' and 'We Run This', and the last of these two songs will be the main single of the new greatest hits album titled 'Respect M.E.: Best Of' featuring 17 tracks from her six albums.
Pass That Dutch (Explicit Vers
Missy Elliott Lyrics

We have been just informed that there's an unknown virus
That's attacking all clubs
Symptoms have been said to be heavy breathing
Wild dancing, coughing
So when you hear the sound "Who-di-whooo!"
Run for cover, motherfucker!
Pass that dutch (ah), pass that dutch (ooh)
Pass that dutch (ah), pass that dutch (ah)
Pass that dutch (ah), pass that dutch (ah)
Pass that dutch (whoo), pass that dutch
Misdemeanour on the floor, pretty boy here I come
Pumps in the bunk make you wanna hurt something
I can take your man, I don't have to sex 'em
Hang 'em out the window, call me Michael Jackson (hee-ee!)
I'm a pain in your rectum, I am that bitch y'all slept on
Heavy hitter, rhyme spitter, call me re-run
Hey hey hey, I'm what's happ'nin
Hypnotic in my drink (that's right!)
Shake ya ass till it stink (that's right!)
Mr. Mos' on the beat (that's right!)
Put it down for the streets (that's right!)
[Chorus]
(Who-di-whoo-oo-oo-oo-oo!)
Pass that dutch, pass that dutch
Pass that dutch, pass that dutch, pass that dutch
Come on pass the dutch baby! (ahh!)
Shake-shake shake ya stuff ladies!
(Who-di-whoo-oo-oo-oo-oo!)
Pass that dutch, pass that dutch
Pass that dutch, pass that dutch
Pop that, pop that, jiggle that fat (ahh!)
Don't stop, get it till ya clothes get wet
Number one - drums go bump, bump, bump
This beat here will make you hoomp, boomp, jump
If you's a fat one, put your clothes back on
Before you start putting pot holes in my lawn
Oh my God, show 'em I'm large
Shove my beat up, attack like my name was Saddam
I am the bomb from New York to Milan
And I can write a song sicker than Jeffrey Dahm'
(Woop woop!)
Don't touch my car alarm
Break in my car you will hear "Viper Armed"
I've been a superstar since Daddy Kane was raw
I'm live on stage, c'mon and give me some applause [applause]
"Thank you! oh thank you, you all are so wonderful!"
[Chorus]
Listen up motherfuckers, you have five seconds to catch your breath
Five - four - three - two - one [alarm rings]
Pop that, pop that, make that money
Just keep it going, like the Energizer bunny
Shake that, shake that, move it all around
Spank that, yank that, dutch back now
Freak him, freak her, whatever ya choice
Didn't come to judge, I came to get ya moist
Scream "Who-di-whooo!", now my voice is lost
Can I get a ride on the white horse? [horse neighing]
[Chorus]
Pop that
Pass tha dutch baby!
Jiggle that fat
The opening lines of the song Pass That Dutch by Missy Elliott refer to the idea of clubs being attacked by an unknown virus, causing symptoms such as heavy breathing, wild dancing, and coughing. As such, when you hear the sound "Who-di-whooo!,” it is suggested to run for cover. After this intro, the song proceeds with Missy Elliott invoking her high level of confidence, and announcing herself as a "rhyme spitter". Her nonchalant attitude is further emphasized in the lyrics when she proclaims that she can take anybody's man, without having to do anything sexual with him. In addition, she claims that she is the "pain in your rectum" that is ignored by people, but is however now finally getting attention.
The rest of the song is an upbeat and energetic dance track, with Missy Elliott encouraging listeners to pass that Dutch and shake it till they stink. The Dutch in the song is a term for a blunt or a cigar that is filled with weed. The chorus of the song also includes the line "Pop that, pop that, jiggle that fat," which encourages women to be confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Missy is so far ahead of everyone else. Musically. It doesn’t make any sense how her stuff still doesn’t sound like anyone else’s. Just a musical genius.
