2. Misty Pang is a 26 year old female songwriter/musician hailing from Honolulu, HI. She also travels back and forth to her other home Massachusetts. She has been playing music since the age of ten and has been performing in front of crowds since the age of 15. Her love of all types of music from jazz, country to black metal has brought a unique sound to her songwriting. Having been in jazz bands to death metal bands, she has gone back to her roots - the acoustic guitar. That's where it all started (besides the drums at age 10). Different influences can be heard throughout the different songs...from very rhythmic strumming, jazz type drumming and bass lines to dark melodic progressions resembling that of the metal genres. Oh, and of course the voice that freaks everyone out. Powerful, low, and yet melodic...sometimes it's hard to figure out where it comes from inside such a little body. Covers are done sometimes as well...usually those are her favorites.
3. Misty is an all-girl pop-rock band formed in 2009 after the disbandment of ＮＡＮＡＭI/nanami, when vocalist nanami left the band. They found a new singer in Misato, and changed their name to Misty. Their first release was "right now baby" which was released on March 17, 2010
