What a belter! Cut Lunch an Australian classic.

@pgardner4269

Amazing that it still sounds so fresh, don't think you could date it back to 1981 like a lot of other stuff from then. I got Cut Lunch on Casette in 82, still one of my favourites.

@mindsetboosts

OMG = Classic! This song was my fav back in the day - just b4 james freud joined the band if recollection serves...

@mperez1280

love that old guy so much

@jackfriend4u

one of my favorite tracks by these guys and quite different to the sound they eventually took to that brought them big fame. this sounds more like Mental as Anything in style.

@ManfromuncoolBlogspotstars

I'd never noticed that, but your observation is spot on!

@jackfriend4u

@@ManfromuncoolBlogspotstars hehe cheers.! it would certainly go really well with The Mentals "Lets Cook!"

@adambarratt1820

@@jackfriend4u Pleasure Of Your Company was a natural progression from their early formative years. It's a fantastic album that still holds up today. It beats me why they took a big u-turn and went down the pop road. Sure, they were popular for 5 minutes with the Countdown crowd but then they faded into obscurity. I mean, they were good pop songs but to me they weren't Models songs. I think Big on Love was their last great song. Went and saw them live the other night and they were still pretty good.
