C'est ça qui est la vérité!
The lyrics to Mohamed Lamine's "Un Gaou A Oran" are primarily about enjoying oneself and not feeling out of place while doing so. The song is a collaboration between several artists, including Kore et Skalp, Magic System, and Mokobé, blending elements of raï and R&B music. The chorus, which repeats the phrase "souma galaé" multiple times, exclaims how anyone can join in on the fun, whether or not they have the right clothes, shoes, or jewelry: "hey gros, faut pas faire le timide hein, non! Parfumé jusqu'aux pieds, bijoux en toc, non, c'est pas grave!" The song is a celebration of self-expression and encourages everyone to create their own unique style rather than conforming to the norm: "Pour ne pas être décalé, il faut savoir se positionner!"
