I understand that I need to either give everything I have or nothing at all, and there are consequences to both choices.

I believe that I am capable of overcoming my problems and making positive changes if I am able to escape them.

I am asking for support from others to help guide me through my struggles.

I feel like I need more time to figure out who I am and what I want before moving on to the next phase of my life.

I am focused on moving forward and not dwelling on my past mistakes or missteps.
