Jo, you need to take things slower and pace yourself.

Before anything else, you have to learn to take things at a more manageable pace.

Last night I was talking to some friends of mine.
I was discussing your behavior with some mutual acquaintances.

A.J. is worried that you're going to waste away your time or experience some kind of mental breakdown if you keep going at your current pace.

If you don't heed my advice and start taking things slower,

It's a fact that

You can get it back?
You can regain that skill or talent?

But not like that
However, you can't do so by acting recklessly and without regard for the consequences.

It ain't by kicking down the walls & pissing off your friends.
It's not accomplished by damaging relationships with loved ones or burning bridges.

Every time the cards don't fall your way.
During the times when things don't go as planned.

It ain't by poking out your eyes when you see something you don't like.
It's not achieved by purposely avoiding or disregarding things that you don't find appealing.

Even your mama said she don't want to see you spent at 25,
Even your mother has expressed concern for your wellbeing and doesn't want you to burn yourself out at a young age.

So come on Jo stay alive
Jo, please take care of yourself and focus on staying healthy and happy.
