1) MonstrO is an Atlanta, GA - based psychedelic rock/metal band, boasting former members of Bloodsimple, Danzig, Sunday Driver, Comes With the Fall and Torche. 2) MONSTRO is an oft-dubbed “folk supergroup” in Los Angeles CA. All these musicians have primarily left their mark through other projects (Ozma, The Mae Shi, Gowns, Listing Ship, Missincinatti, Sanglorians, Spain, The Hollow Trees, et cetera); nevertheless as MONSTRO they have self-released several (now-obscure) collections of songs and remain a well-loved mainstay in the LA musical underground.
