Roderick was definitely a.... interesting puppet.
Love how sassy Moon was in this episode. However Moon is concerning me a bit.
He brushed off Eclipse's warning about Lunar until it was basically too late and the Gemini twins arrived. I don't remember other situations but this one specifically is similar. Moon really should have listend more. But considering he wants revenge its all different.
I thought at first that Roderick might be working for the creator but it doesn't add up. The creator finds their separation interesting, and would never try and work with Bloodmoon. Infact he had to find out how Earth got killed.
No.. It could be the constellations? But even that doesn't fully make sense.
Damn all Moon wanted was to have his own body. He thought leaving behind his hatred for Sun would be beneficial for them only to have Sun continue to deal with murderous AI's such as Bloodmoon.
And then once they were free well.... we all know how much bloodshed Bloodmoon had inflicted.. and we know Eclipse abusing the star caused a lot of problems as well.
With that in mind they might have a similar issue like Stitchwraith is to Foxy.
Also something has come to mind that bothers me.
Everyone comes in 2s when it comes to the celestial family.
Sun moon, Bloodmoon twins, evilEclipse (now maybe solar) and lunar, Ruin is still two and one so I think he counts..
When Earth arrived I wondered who her counter part might be. I thought it be stitchwraith, but its proven hes a two in one as well... we even have the Gemini twins. Everyone comes in 2s. So who's Earth's counter?

well didn't get to BloodMoon but at least we got some answers about Roderick
so Roderick is a machine being controlled by somebody and this somebody knows Sun and Moon
guys ... I think it's Creator
Idk man , Creator is the only one who could create Roderick and obviously hates Sun and Moon
and that's the only one I can think of
unless one of you has another theory ? I'm all ears for whatever theories y'all have
also I laughed at the parts where Moon said “did somebody come to the Daycare and leave their Tails plushy ?!” and when off camera Moon was beating up Roderick but we couldn't see it lol
wonder where Roderick went and I wonder where Roderick sent BloodMoon

hopefully in the near future we'll see if Creator is the one who made Roderick , I wouldn't be surprised if he is

Okay hear me out-
The first time i watched this video "Rodrick" reminded me so much of the Og Eclipse, Heres the moments I felt that way
1:09 Rodrick knows about the star, they told Bloody that "Sun is out of their league" So it has to be a character who knows about star magic.
1:57 Rodrick teleported bloodmoon with magic, it has to be a character that knows magic to do this. Ruin never shown any magic before hand, if he knew magic then he wouldn't have needed to go to stichwrath for a bomb when he could have exploded the daycare himself, thats why I dont thinks its Ruin doing this.
3:36 Rodrick wants both Sun and Moon dead, If Rodrick hates Sun and moon so much then they would have to have a reason, maybe how sun and moon treated them in the past? It has to be a character that sun and moon have a big history with in a way.
3:51 "Oh thats very cute." Thats a line that eclipse would say in the past and I haven't really heard any other characters say this line other than Solar.

And I remember Og Eclipse hated the fact that Moon and Sun separated, in one of the older videos probably the first video we ever see Eclipse he says "Why leave me behind? I thought we were going to kill Sun?" It may not exactly be how I worded it but i do remember Eclipse hating that they separated because Moon abandoned him and left him behind.
6:14 Rodrick says "it would be wonderful Research" like they are studying Star power. If it was Castor or Pollox controlling Rodrick then they wouldn't need to be studying star power since they can use it themselves, thats why I dont think its Castor or Pollox.
6:41 this actually dosent remind me of Eclipse it reminds me of Og Moon, The original Moon when angry was irrational and not as smart as he is, his anger would cloud his judgment. New Moon is starting to let this happen again, it would have been incredibly smart if they took back parts of Rodrick because then they might have actually been able to see who was controlling Rodrick or where their location is. But nope lets just beat it to death just because we are mad. Just saying the Og moon might be making a come back.

Idea: what if we don’t get a redemption arc for Bloodmoon, but he becomes an ally. He realizes what he’s done wrong and he decides to still kill, but only when he needs to. He isn’t the best person still, but he’s realized what he’s accountable for and is now an ally. It’s a way to not feed into victimizing bad people, but a way to give him some goodness after what’s happened.

Okay, I’m pretty sure the Creator is the one controlling Rodrick. Their speech patterns are very similar and it would make sense that the Creator wouldn’t like that his creation separated when he originally made them to be one, and has malice against them. It would also make sense for him to encourage Blood Moon to kill, since he hates humanity anyway and is the one who made Killcode. However, I’m not sure it makes sense that he’d want Sun and Moon dead - he was using them to hide his own actions by making it seem like they did it, uploading files through Earth, though he probably doesn’t need them for that anymore, since he’s got Earth as a ‘better’ version of them.
The only other possible person I could think of is Ruin, since it seems like he wasn’t really gotten rid of when they tried to cure Eclipse, and we haven’t seen him in a while now. Both Moon and Solar have mentioned wanting to look further into his odd behaviour and certain discrepancies with his code/memories.
