A year later the family moved to Denroy's homeland of Jamaica. In this period, three family members left the group. In Jamaica, Morgan Heritage began working with famed reggae producers Bobby Dixon and Lloyd James, resulting in the release of the critically acclaimed album Protect Us Jah (1997), followed by One Calling (1998), and the spiritually-inclined Don't Haffi Dread (1999). They released two albums by "The Morgan Heritage Family and Friends", and the Live in Europe! album recorded on their 2000 tour. Morgan Heritage toured in Europe again following the release of their 2001 album More Teachings... Their sixth studio album, Three in One, came out in 2003. They have released two DVD`s (Live In London and Live Over Europe 2003) with good success and "Full Circle" (2005)
There is a sibling band called L.M.S which is more hip-hop influenced without a band, that often tours with them and is a part of their family, as well as their father Denroy Morgan.
They are one of the most influential reggae bands today, returned to Jamaica and opened studio and realised 3 complilations of "Morgan Heritage Family and Friends" creating their own rhytms.
They have cooperated with most reggae bands and DJs (MCs) of today including Capleton, Luciano, Gentleman, Beres Hammond etc.

To praise the most high Jah everyday
With your whole heart desire
Lift him higher, lift him higher
Holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, yeah
Holy Mount Zion I
Buju, let's sing it...
Todoo doo doo doo do
Doo doo doo doo doo doo do
Todoo doo doo doo doo doo
Doo doo doo doo doo doo do
The Lord's my shepherd,
I'll not want
He make me down to lie
In pastures green Jah leadeth me
The quiet waters by
My soul thou hath restored again
And me to walk dost make
Within the path of righteousness
Even for his name's sake
Yeah, though I walk in death's dark vale
Yet will I fear no ill
Thy rod and staff, they are with me
They surely comfort still
Ooh, my table thou hast furnished
In the presence of my foes
My head thou hath anoint with oil
My cup it overflow
Goodness and mercy all my life
Shall surely follow me (follow me)
And in Jah's house for Iver more
My dwelling place must be
Goodness and mercy all my life
Shall surely follow me
And in Jah house for Iver more
My dwelling place shall be
Todoo doo doo doo doo doo
Todoo doo doo doo do
Doo doo doo doo doo doo do
Holy, holy, holy
Todoo doo doo doo doo doo
Holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy
Doo doo doo doo doo doo do
Goodness and mercy all my life
Shall surely follow me
And in Jah's house for Iver more
My dwelling place must be
My soul thou hath restored again
And me to walk dost make
Within the path of righteousness
Even for his name's sake
Yeah, though I walk through death's dark vale
Yet will I fear no ill
Thou are with me, thy rod and thy staff
They surely comfort still
My table thou hath furnished
In the presence of my foes
My head thou hath anoint with oil
My cup it overflow
Todoo doo doo doo doo doo

Todoo doo doo doo do
Todoo doo doo doo doo doo

The song "23rd Psalm" by Morgan Heritage is a contemporary reggae rendition of the 23rd Psalm found in the Bible. The opening lines express the importance of praising Jah, the most high, with all our hearts every day, and lifting him higher in adoration. The chorus repeats the words "holy, holy" in reverence to Jah, along with the assurance of goodness and mercy following us all the days of our life.
The first verse of the 23rd Psalm is featured prominently in the song, starting with the famous line "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want." This verse describes the comfort and care provided by God in leading us to green pastures and still waters, and restoring our souls. The second verse speaks of the comfort and protection provided by God, even in the darkest valleys of life, represented by the phrase "though I walk through death's dark vale, yet will I fear no ill."
The song conveys a message of hope and trust in a higher power that guides and protects us through life's trials and tribulations. It also reflects the reverence and adoration that many in the Rastafarian faith have for the Bible and its teachings.
