Mister has its origins rooted from the Hong Kong indie music scene where they were initially known as White Noise and had their breakthrough when they performed at Alan Tam's birthday and were subsequently recommended to Universal Music by the “headmaster” himself who was very impressed by their talent.
In 2008, Mister released their debut mini-album titled Mr. (pronounced "Mister", as per band name).
