Yeah
Anyone wey they struggle in life
We will surely make it
Baby you don't push me away
Say I dey struggle now
One day wey my struggle pay
Baby you come look my face
Yeah struggle man
The world is full of struggle
We struggle to love
We struggle to do everything
My father struggled to marry my mother
Mother struggled to get pregnant
When was inside my mother's womb
I struggle to leave
When it was due time to give birth to me
My mother struggled to give birth
When I come into this world
I struggle to leave my life
Oh baby you don't give me pressure
You know that I'm struggling in life
Oh baby you don't give me pressure
You know that I'm struggling in life
Anyone wey they struggle in life
We will surely make it
For real
Baby you don't push me away
Say I dey struggle now
One day wey my struggle pay
Baby you come look my face
Abeg my brother
If you no struggle in this life
For real
You cannot see food to eat
Olouwa done pay for struggle now
I they buy motor dey build house
Babies they come my way say I get money
People wey no dey where I dey struggle
No they talk say I dey throw money
Oh baby come and see
Who laugh at before will
Never laugh at me again
Oh baby you don't give me pressure
You know that I'm struggling in life
Zagaz zagaz
Oh baby you don't give me pressure
You know that I'm struggling in life
Zagaz zagaz
Anyone wey they struggle in life
We will surely make it
Baby you don't push me away
Say I dey struggle now

One day wey my struggle pay
Baby you come look my face

Overall Meaning

In the lyrics of Struggle, Mr. Capone-E and Mr. Criminal talk about the struggles that people face in life. They start by saying that whoever struggles will eventually make it. They address their partner and tell them not to push them away even though they might be struggling. The artists explain that the world is full of struggle, be it to love, to do anything, or even to be born. They mention their own struggles as a child, how their father struggled to marry their mother and how their mother struggled to get pregnant with them. They also talk about their own struggles to be born and to live their life.

In the second verse, the artists encourage people to keep pushing even when life gets tough. They say that one can't see food to eat if they don't struggle in this life, and that God has already paid for their struggle. They talk about their own success, how they now have enough money to buy cars and build houses. They mention how people who used to laugh at them are now impressed by their growth due to their struggles. They repeat the chorus, emphasizing that anyone who struggles in life will eventually make it and that their partner's support is crucial during challenging times.
