The achievements of the group should be, at first, encharged to the first two works of the band. The EP's independently managed an incredible visibility across the Internet.
This visibility has become more apparent through the various appearances of the group's print and audiovisual addition sites and the presence of its music in international web radio stations. Some members of the band made a visit to the United States where it was formed a public that today is responsible for the spread of My Fair Lady’s material overseas.
My Fair Lady aroused the interest of Fernando Quesada, Shaman’s bassist, EM&T's teacher and Ceunsp University's audio coordinator, who invited the group to record and produce their first full-length album at the Fusão VM&T Studios and Headstock Produtora in São Paulo/Brazil, which are two of the largests institutions of music and artistic production in the country.
The album was mastered at the Universal Mastering Studios in New York/United States by Vlado Meller, a leading mastering engineer in the world, whose carries in his resume such names as Frank Sinatra, Aerosmith, Metallica, Lamb of God, Slipknot, System of a Down, Slayer, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beyoncé and many others.
Formed in 2008 by Sam Alcantara on vocals, Artur Alcantara and Felipe Faco on guitars, Lucas Beam on bass, and Rodrigo End on drums and vocals, the MFL now prepares for the release of their debut-album "Mindwalk" with the forecast for 2011.

I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face
My Fair Lady Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Oh I, I've grown, grown accustomed to her voice
I've grown accustomed to her face
She almost makes the day begin
I've grown accustomed to the tune
She whistles night and noon
Are second nature to me now
(Second nature)
Like breathing out and breathing in
(Breathing out and in)
I was serenely independent and content before we met
Surely I could always be that way again and yet
I've grown accustomed to her looks
Accustomed to her voice, accustomed to her face
Grown accustomed to her looks
Grown accustomed to her voice
I've grown accustomed to her face
She almost makes the day begin
(Day begin)
I've gotten used to hear her say
"Good morning", every day
Her joys, her woes, her highs, her lows
Are second nature to me now
(Second nature)
Like breathing out and breathing in
(Breathing out and in)
I'm so grateful she's a woman and so easy to forget
Rather like a habit one can always break and yet
I've grown accustomed to the trace of something in the air
Accustomed to her face
Grown accustomed to her looks
Grown accustomed to her trace
I've grown accustomed to her voice
Grown accustomed to her face
She's second nature to me now
Like breathing out and breathing in
(Breathing out and breathing in)
I was serenely independent and content before we met
Surely I could always be that way again and yet
I've grown accustomed to her looks
Accustomed to her voice, I've accustomed to her face
Her looks
(I can't believe)
Her trace
(How much I love her)
Her voice
Her face
(I'm addicted to you, baby)
Her looks
Her trace
(Because your love that drives me crazy)
Her voice
Her face
Grown accustomed to her voice
(You know I finally realize)
Grown accustomed to her face
(I got to hold it by my side)
Grown accustomed to her looks
(I wanna be, be your ornament)
Grown accustomed to her trace
('Cause I love you, baby, please take my hand)
Grown accustomed to her voice
(I'll be good to you each and everyday)
Grown accustomed to her face
(I've grown accustomed)
Grown accustomed to her looks
Grown accustomed to her trace
(Can't live if the livin' is without you)
Grown accustomed to her voice
Grown accustomed to her face
(Can't give, can't live anymore)
The song "I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face" from the musical My Fair Lady is a powerful emotional ballad that explores themes of love, addiction, and the struggle to let go. In the song, the singer reflects on how their life has changed since they met their significant other. They realize that they have become addicted to the person's looks, voice, and presence in their life. They struggle with the idea of going back to being independent and content, knowing that it would be difficult to break the habit that they have formed. The singer is grateful for their partner's presence but also acknowledges the challenging aspects of the relationship, such as the ups and downs they experience together.
The song is musically and lyrically complex, using a variety of musical techniques to create a sense of emotional complexity. The use of repetition, for example, emphasizes the singer's feelings of addiction and dependency, while the melody and harmony create a sense of wistful nostalgia that underscores the desire for things to stay the same. The song's use of second-person language also engages the listener in the singer's emotional journey, creating a sense of empathy that draws the listener further into the story.

My father and mother were a match made in heaven. Tragically, my mother was in a horrific accident (not her fault), and became an invalid. My sibling and I were quite young. Dad took care of Mom until she passed more than a decade later. When I was in college, he and I went to see this film in college theater. When Rex Harrison sang this song, tears came down my father's face. Dad loves her eternally.

I love how the 'Tower of Strength' which Professor Higgins is, Slowly crumbles as he realizes how much affection he has for Eliza. It's quite beautiful. Even the ending when Eliza comes back even after their argument. They both, through their pride, realize that they have feelings for each other. Sounds soppy I know but I always think the moment some one realizes that their views and feelings are changed, that vulnerable state makes them a little more open minded.
