The song "Catching Feelings" by Nadia Batson is a sensual and upbeat love song that celebrates the dancer's moves and the way she makes the singer feel. The chorus repeats "Woy oi oi oi oi oi oi oi oi oi oi oi oi I didn't expect it like this, ah catching feelings," which suggests that the singer is surprised by how deep her emotions are becoming. The lyrics are mostly about how the dancer, who the singer clearly has feelings for, moves: "I love how yuh wine up/I love how yuh love how yuh wine on me/I love how yuh grind up/I love how yuh love how yuh wine on me." The song also features some suggestive lines about how the dancer is skilled at what she does, such as "Yuh doh ever rough up de ting, na na nahh/Yuh know what yuh doin down dey."
The verses mention other things that the singer loves about the dancer, including her touch and the way she makes the singer feel. The singer seems to be very much caught up in the moment, with lines like "Cuz it feeling good" and "Dis feeling like sugar." The song is an ode to the physical and emotional connection that can happen when two people dance together, and it's clear that the singer is feeling some strong emotions as a result.
