I'll Be Fine
Nahra Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

I'm just saying half and (half)
Does that rub off on you?
You think oh life's okay
I know life is okay
I think your life is going to be okay
I know that it's okay
And it will be (coz you got)
It will be
Yeah
No, no believe won't you believe
Won't you believe
No, no believe won't you believe
Won't you believe
No, no believe won't you believe
Won't you believe
No, no believe won't you believe
Won't you believe
I can't be alone again
I can't share you so we're better off as friends yeah
I don't want to move along I can't
Coz every time I do it's tougher on my heart
See the pieces I can't pick em up no more
Running out of clues
I don't know how to fix it up
I don't
I want you
But I can't stand the way your body gets me drunk
And if you're checking on me fine
Yeah I'm fine
No (ugh)
I'm fine
I'm doing good
Never been better
Feeling sweeter than a hot Sunday
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Have fun
Maybe you'll snap out of whatever it is someday
One day

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Nahra's song "I'll Be Fine" are reflective of someone trying to move on from a heartbreak but finding it difficult. The opening lines say "I'm just saying half and (half), Does that rub off on you?" indicating that the person is not completely over their ex-lover and the half they have is affecting the other person. The chorus "No, no believe won't you believe, Won't you believe" shows the poet asking the other person to believe that they are okay, although they are not. The lines "I can't be alone again, I can't share you so we're better off as friends yeah, I don't want to move along I can't" show the person's dilemma about being with their ex-lover. They don't want to be alone, but they don't want to share their ex-lover either. The poet is conflicted, as seen by the lines "I want you, But I can't stand the way your body gets me drunk" - they cannot resist the attraction towards their lover but cannot handle its repercussions. The lines "Feeling sweeter than a hot Sunday, Yeah, yeah, yeah" signify that the person is trying to move on and is happy when they're okay, but the next line "Maybe you'll snap out of whatever it is someday" indicates that they still haven't given up on hoping things would work out with their lover in the future.

In summary, Nahra's "I'll Be Fine" is about someone who is trying to move on but is caught up in their feelings towards their ex-lover. They are conflicted about their feelings, and the desire to move on is being overshadowed by their attraction towards their lover. They ask the other person to believe that they are okay while struggling to move on.

Haha loved the Selfie Fadi! Mr Sale is setting a trend! Just found your channel. Really enjoying watching your videos. Thanks for the effort. The bag looks great by the way. Iโ€™ve seen it before, Nick Page bought one and he agreed it was a good bag. I tend to use a 36l hiking bag which I make work for photography as it allows me to take coats breakfast etc but this is the first bag that makes me think it could be a good best of both worlds.....

Fadi Hage

Yes Chris Sale has a big influence :) after using it a few times, this is the bag for me. Hopefully the end of my bag purchases. Glad you enjoyed the video.

Diego McCartney

The Mavic Air drone footage looks great Fadi. Nice to finally meet Shimoda. Looks like a great bag. Thanks for sharing.

Fadi Hage - Landscape Photography Perhaps the air or that other small drone they recently came out with. Though Iโ€™ve got a few other items on my list. Perhaps later on this year. ๐Ÿ™

Fadi Hage

cool you will love it as it adds a different perspective on things, what are you thinking of getting?

Diego McCartney

I may need to consider adding a drone soon.

Fadi Hage

I was surprised how good it looks considering the size and i am in love with the small size of that drone, compared to my phantom 4 pro it was annoying to carry and in result i never flied it as much as i would have liked. and i also love the bag. Thanks for watching.

Richard Edens

Great video! Thanks for going over the Shimoda bag, trying to decide if I can wait on their back-order and if I can... whether I should go for the 40 or the 60. Keep following the dream sir!

Fadi Hage

Thanks Richard, I think it is worth the back order, i would get the 60 because it is better to have room for more stuff that you can use the bag for and it is expandable so doesn't make that much larger than the 40. right now all you have to figure out is which color to get :)

PhotoNinja

Great video fadi๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป haha Chris will be real chuffed that his selfie is catching on lol
