After scoring big in their own country, with such hits as "Endless Conversations", "Movin' On" and "Together", from their debut album '12 TO GO', the boys decided to give the rest of the world a shot.
Their performance at the 2004 TMF awards (where lead singer Niko amused the crowd by stripping on stage and prancing around in a thong) caused Avril Lavigne to ask them to open for her on her Japan tour.
The band's influences include the bands Mest, Goldfinger, New Found Glory, Homegrown, MXPX and Green Day.
At the end of September '05, the band took part in MTV's Road Rally, in which they had to cross the USA from West coast to East Coast, earning their way and scoring shows. After starting in Los Angeles they ended up just beating Dutch competitor Di-rect in New York. When the serie was aired from November to January, it was a great hit.
The second Nailpin album "White Lies & Butterflies" was released in april 2006, while the band toured Japan for the second time.
Their newest album 'III' was released in april 2008, and got great reviews. The singles 'The Ending' and 'It's Allright' did good in the charts.

Considered every single fact
Stood up and we shook hands
Agreed to keep on being friends
Which part didn't you understand
[Chorus:]
Hey well I'm sorry we couldn't work things out
And now you're saying that everything's my fault
Although the one who's wrong is you
Fed up with our discussions
Are you trying to let go
Just put this to an end
Man you don't seem to understand
You chose the wrong way to react
[Chorus]
Because you're pissing me off with all the bullshit you talk
All around me, all about me
You're pissing me off with all the shit you talk
[Chorus]
Hey well I'm sorry that we couldn't work things out (x2
In Nailpin's song "I'm Sorry," the singer reflects on a recent breakup or falling out with a friend. They sat down to talk about what went wrong and considered all the facts, but ultimately agreed to remain friends. Despite this, the singer seems frustrated because the other person is blaming them for everything, even though they are the one who is truly at fault. The singer believes that the other person is trying to let go and just wants to end the discussion, however, the other person's "bullshit talk" is really getting on their nerves.
The chorus of the song is particularly interesting as it highlights the tension between the two parties involved. Although the singer is apologizing for the fact that things couldn't work out as they were supposed to do, they are also pointing out that the other person is at fault. This creates a dynamic where the two parties are not in agreement, and the singer is left feeling frustrated and angry.
