I remember when we did that little surprise party in an abandoned meat-processing plant. This was the soundtrack. What an eerie night.

My friend and I once dropped acid and I put this on. It was honestly such a fun listen. The album cover was so cool to look at. The legs would swing back and forth limply where the knee cap meets the thigh. Great times.

@DevonStation once you get past the fact how it sounds and realize it’s just instruments, it becomes a beauty in its own right. Definitely a creepy album buts that’s why I think it’s so captivating and how sounds can make you feel a certain way.

It is hard to describe how much I love this lovely and dark track. It has this feeling of darkness and surrealness. Instruments float in and out and leave you with a haunted feeling and a sense of weirdness. Like it captures a world that isn't right. Weirdly it makes me feel at home because I feel all the time that the world is deeply not right and this just captures that feeling. Being in a strange land full of absurd ideas with hints of malevolence hiding in the shadows.

The artwork is also perfect; a very wrong-looking creature, hovering like some kind of spectre, you keep searching for some kind of order to it; you keep looking for a face that isn't there. You look up and down but your attempts to find a kind of order to sense to the being are thwarted putting you in a tension. And it comes out of the shadows from a place you can't see.
