Natasha's single "Unwritten" was featured in the movie "The Sisterhood Of The Travelling Pants" and many different television adverts. It also served as theme song for the hit MTV reality series "The Hills."
Natasha has just released her second album, N.B. and the lead single is the hit, I Wanna Have Your Babies.
Her latest offering ‘Say It Again', the third single to be taken from her critically acclaimed chart topping second album 'N.B', is no exception to this rule. Natasha Bedingfield co-wrote ‘Say It Again’ with Adam Levine (Maroon 5), and co-produced it with Mike Ellizondo (Dr Dre, Alanis Morisette). An uplifting song about falling for that elusive one, 'Say It Again' is reflective yet upbeat, and romantic without being saccharine sweet.
Natasha regularly contributes to YouTube as "uknatashabedingfield".
Another song that has gotten international acclaim is pocketful of sunshine. DSTV has used it for promoting their station.
These Words

These words are my own
(Uh, yeah, uh)
Threw some chords together
The combination, D-E-F
It's who I am, it's what I do (yeah, uh)
And I was gonna lay it down for you
But I feel so A-D-D
I need some help, some inspiration (but it's not coming easily)
(Whoa) Tryna find the magic
(Whoa) Tryna write a classic
(Whoa) Don't you know, don't you know, don't you know? (Whoa, whoa)
Waste bin full of paper (whoa)
Clever rhymes, see you later
These words are my own
From my heart flow (yeah, uh)
I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you
There's no other way
To better say
I love you, I love you, I love you (ah)
Read some Byron, Shelly, and Keats
Recited it over a hip-hop beat
I'm having trouble saying what I mean (uh)
With dead poets and drum machines
You know I had some studio time booked
But I couldn't find the killer hook
Now you've gone and raised the bar right up
Nothing I write is ever good enough
These words are my own (these words are my own)
From my heart flow (from my heart flow)
I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you
There's no other way (there's no other way)
To better say (uh)
I love you, I love you, I love you (I love you)
These words are my own (these words are my own)
From my heart flow (yeah)
(I love you) I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you (I love you)
There's no other way (there's no other way)
To better say
I love you, I love you, I love you
I'm getting off my stage
The curtains pull away
No hyperbole to hide behind
My naked soul exposes (love you, love you)
Whoa, oh
Whoa, whoa
(Whoa) Tryna find the magic
(Whoa) Tryna write a classic
(Whoa) Waste bin full of paper
Clever rhymes, see you later (yeah, uh)
These words are my own (these words are my own)
From my heart flow (don't you know?)
I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you
There's no other way (there's no other way, to better say)
To better say (yeah, uh, yeah)
I love you, I love you, I love you
These words are my own (these words are my own)
From my heart flow (they are from my heart, yeah)
I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you (I love you)
There's no other way (there's no better way)
To better say (yeah, uh, yeah)
I love you, I love you, I love you
These words are my own
They're from my heart (my heart)
(Yeah, uh)
I love you, I love you
That's all I got to say
Can't think of a better way
And that's all I got to say (yeah, uh, yeah)
I love you, is that okay?
The song "These Words" by Natasha Bedingfield is a song about the struggles of a songwriter trying to find the right words to say "I love you" to someone they care about. The songwriter talks about how they threw some chords together and tried to focus their attention, but they couldn't find the inspiration they needed to write a classic. They read some poems to help them, but they still had trouble saying what they meant. The songwriter expresses their frustration about not being able to find the right words and how nothing they write is ever good enough. The song then ends with the songwriter baring their soul and saying "I love you" with all they have.
The song can be interpreted as an expression of the creative process and the artist's struggle to find the right words to express their emotions. Sometimes, even when an artist pours their heart out, they still feel like they can't express what they truly mean. This song also highlights the power of words and how difficult it can be to find the right ones to say what you truly mean.
Overall, "These Words" is a touching and emotional song that speaks to the struggles of the creative process and the power of words.
