When I was homeless I lived in my car. On cold nights, the rain was comforting. Didn't know how many times I'd hear the comforting sound of the rain on the car. Didn't realize I would miss it. Now I listen in my bed, with my wife. Helps sleep, reminds me of the hard times, makes you value the good times. Much love to anybody who has had to listen to this noise.

I have been listening to this every night for months, just love it...so relaxing. We've been in a drought here in Australia so it's refreshing to hear the rain. Ironically it's finally raining the past few days and nights. But I can't sleep with the window open as the rain comes in from every direction. So this video is the next best thing. I live in an area thats famously known to never see the rain. I’m outside, praying for it to rain, yet it never does. Glad these videos are up here on YouTube so at least every now and again I can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of rain, here in Seattle.

I was working on a major project for work and everyone in the house was loud and tvs were on, so I put my headphones in and found this, turned it on, and the next thing I look up and it's 2am. I had been so focused thanks to the white noise that I didn't even notice everyone else had gone to bed. This is awesome.
