The title of the song is "Mafia Medis" (Medical Mafia), the lyrics are about our feelings regarding medical institutions which mistreat patients. We know that not all medical personnel mistreat patients, however shouldn't all health officials be offering services which are humanitarian? We hope that medical officials who are not corrupt are not offended by this song, because it is addressing medical officials who are corrupt.

Kami sadar bahwa tidak semua pihak medis demikian, karena memang seharusnya pihak penyedia pelayanan kesehatan menjunjung tinggi rasa kemanusiaan.
