The phosphorescent halo
The universe has a glowing halo.

Of the universe at peace
The universe is peaceful.

I know that time will pass us by
We are aware that time will eventually pass.

A twisted rearrangement
Things can become rearranged in strange ways.

That makes us wonder why
We are left questioning why these rearrangements happen.

The two of us will become one
Two individuals will come together as one entity.

Until it's over
This unity will last until the end.

And the moon becomes the sun
There will be a transition where the moon turns into the sun.

It moves the earth
The sun has the power to move the earth.

I feel its worth
The earth's movement is valuable or important.

The ground will start to shake
The earth will shake when this movement happens.

It's what happens every time
Shaking is a normal occurrence when the earth moves.

The two exist
The two entities that are moving are present.

This continental drift
The movement is called continental drift.
