As of today, the choir is one of the leading boys' choirs in Europe and has built an international reputation through tours, performances in radio and TV, as well as numerous CD-recordings.

The choir has performed at a multitude of countries and cities. Yet it is in the Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim the choir has its base. Here it regularly takes part in services and gives its own concerts.

Nidaros Cathedral Boys' Choir is conducted by Mr. Bjorn Moe. The choir performs a great variety of music, ranging from Gregorian to modern music, also including numerous greater works for choir and orchestra.

The choir has participated at many great events such as the consecration of King Harald and Queen Sonja, and the wedding of Princesse Märtha Louise and Mr. Ari Behn. The choir has twice met with the Pope.

The concert choir consists of 45 boys and 25 men. In order to be admitted into the choir, the boys first have to undergo two years of training at the municipal music school.
