Pero que bueno estás!!
Ingrato, ¿dónde estás?
¿dónde estás?,¿dónde estás?
amor con amor se paga
¿quién te enseñó que a patadas?
y ahora estoy aquí llorando
Ingrato, ¿dónde estás?
¿dónde estás?, ¿dónde estás?
yo te esperé madrugadas,
preocupada y no enojada
si fue por amarte tanto y tanto
ya no te quiero
y regresa a mi lado
¡Ay ingrato!
si te gusta la vida mala
yo puedo hacertela
de la patada
hasta seré mujerzuela en tu cama
te haré llorar,
pero aquí en tu casa.
¡Ay ingrato!
si quieres que sea mala
yo puedo ser una desgraciada
piru_ja, borracha e interesada
como las viejas con las que andas.
Aaay chiquitito!!
Sirveme una y hasta el fondo
para olvidarte o recordarte mejor!
Ingrato, ¿dónde estás?
¿dónde estás?, ¿dónde estás?
Tan linda que tenia tu casa
y tú en las cantinas te pasas
un foco rojo pondré en la puerta
para que ya no te me pierdas.
¡Ay ingrato!
si te gusta la vida mala
yo puedo hacertela
de la chin_gada
hasta seré mujerzuela
en tu cama
te haré llorar,
pero aquí en tu casa.
¡Ay ingrato!
si quieres que sea mala
yo puedo ser una desgraciada
cabr_ona, borracha e interesada
como las perras con las que andas!!
The lyrics of Ninel Conde's "Ingrato" depict a hurt and betrayed lover calling out to her ungrateful and cruel partner. The song opens with a sarcastic remark, "Aaay Ingrato!! Pero que bueno estás!!" (Oh, Ungrateful! You look good though!). The chorus repeats the phrase "Ingrato, ¿dónde estás?"(Ungrateful one, where are you?) expressing the lover's frustration and longing to confront the person who has hurt her. The lyrics go on to accuse the partner of being taught to treat love with violence and of causing her immense pain. The last two stanzas suggest the possibility of revenge, with the lover offering to be just like the other women in her partner's life who are "piru_ja, borracha e interesada" (promiscuous, drunk, and interested only in money).
The song is a powerful expression of pain, anger, and self-doubt. The lover is aware of the toxicity of the relationship yet continues to long for the partner regardless of the pain caused. The words "haberte amado mi cruel ingrato" (having loved you my cruel ungrateful one) show the complexity of the emotions experienced by someone who has been hurt by a loved one. Overall, the lyrics of "Ingrato" convey the emotional turmoil and inner conflict experienced by those who have been betrayed by someone they loved.
