Subservient
Ninet Lyrics

Brashly I'm taking over
Nothing to be afraid of
Slowly sit on the ta
Kisses right on the soft neck
And "how sweet is your breathing"
Slowly i'm taking over
Subservient
I'm taking over your body
Brashly i'm taking over
There's something to be afraid of
Slowly sit on the table
The lyrics to Ninet's song Subservient can be interpreted in a few different ways, but one possible interpretation is that the singer is describing a sexual encounter in which they are taking control and dominating their partner. The repeated lines "Taking over your body / Brashly I'm taking over" suggest both physical domination and an assertive attitude. The line "Nothing to be afraid of / Slowly sit on the ta[ble]" could refer to the singer reassuring their partner that they should trust them and relax, and that they will take care of them. The following lines about kissing the neck and breathing could be seen as the singer initiating physical contact and taking pleasure in their partner's responses.
The chorus, "Subservient / I'm taking over your body / Brashly I'm taking over / There's something to be afraid of / Slowly sit on the table" emphasizes the singer's desire to dominate and control their partner, but also hints at some fear or danger involved in the encounter. The word "subservient" suggests that the partner is willing to be submissive and perhaps enjoys being dominated. Overall, the lyrics suggest a consensual but intense encounter in which the singer takes charge and their partner surrenders to them.

I'm Lebanese. I would probably be killed if I'm seen watching an Israeli artist this but I don't care. Your music is amazing, your voice is phenomenal and your videos are great. Art has no nationality!

You would be killed for watching an Israeli artist? Wtf?
@Mazen39
[S]unjay yeah it sucks here. there's a band called Symphony X that I was waiting for a concert from them but they visited Israel and now they're not allowed in here
@Natsumi170
That sounds crazy, I though metal was illegal in Lebanon though. Better hope your ISP isn't reporting your web history.
@Mazen39
well no there isn't any illegal music here..I guess that's a good thing. I surely hope so as well
@Natsumi170
You're right, my bad! I got it mixed up with Iran where metal is illegal. Nonetheless, I wish you good fortune. Hopefully Lebanon and Israel will get over their differences one day :)
