After 10 years, approximately 1500 shows, 2 albums and 5 EP's Nitocris made the very difficult decision to have an indefinite and possibly permanent break to pursue their own personal projects. The girls have been playing around the country since they were all an average age of 15 and have achieved amazing success within Australia.
2001 alone saw them play the Big Day Out Tour nationally; complete their own 60 date national headlining tour; receive an ARIA Nomination for Best Independent Release; and release the final single, Spouse Killer, from their self-titled album.
Feel
Nitocris Lyrics

You can feel them extort and grow
Cause and effect a short experiment
Do you feel like excrement?
Feel, Feel, Feel, Feel, Feel.....
Feeling life's breath in my lungs
Remember to hang onto life
Feel it stab you like a sharpened knife
Feel, Feel, Feel, Feel, Feel.....
Is it in you? I think so
If you ask it, it will show
It will come when you say no
I can, I can I can I can
Shhhhhh.....
Like a sharp knife
Do you know what it's like to feel
A nail through you finger?
Do you know what it's like to feel
The music in your veins?
Do you know what it's like to feel
The fluid in your system?
Do you know what it's like to feel,
Feel, feel, feel?
Striving sensations down below
It will come when you say no
FEEL
The lyrics of Nitocris's song Feel describe a range of emotions and physical sensations that can be experienced by an individual. The song starts with the line "Striving sensations down below, you can feel them extort and grow" which could be interpreted as a reference to a person's primal instincts - their animalistic desires that drive them forward. The following line "Cause and effect a short experiment, do you feel like excrement?" could be seen as an introspective question the artist is posing to the listener, asking them to examine their own feelings and actions and consider whether they are proud of themselves or feel ashamed.
The second verse of the song continues on this theme, with the line "Feeling life's breath in my lungs, emotions up and down like see-saws." The juxtaposition of the physical (breathing) and emotional (see-sawing) sensations could be seen as a representation of the balance between our physical and emotional selves. The lyrics that follow, "remember to hang onto life, feel it stab you like a sharpened knife" could be encouraging the listener to embrace all aspects of life - both the pleasurable and the painful.
The final verse contains the repeated line "Is it in you? I think so" which could be interpreted as a challenge to the listener to dig deep and discover their own passions and desires. The following lyrics "It will come when you say no, I can, I can, I can, I can" could be seen as an affirmation of the listener's own agency and ability to control their life and emotions.

@KisiroKitsune
This NP is based on Nito's legend, where some nobles killed her brothers so she invited them to dinner and then flooded the room they were in to drown them as revenge.
@bare-bonesbran2867
Egyptians really loved their punishments in the most cruel kind of categories, didn't they?
@shigaraki8412
Reign then she killed herself for no reason
@marquisscott3546
@@shigaraki8412 I believe that she couldn't handle the responsibility like her brothers.
@oscarmendez1477
@@shigaraki8412 It was because she decided to take revenge and focus on that revenge instead of focusing in being a Pharaoh thus she committed suicide to atone, because for her it was lack of responsibility. Of course this in in her Fate lore, now that actual story might have a different reason.
@KrystineBrown
Finally a good character design

Wow! I love the design, very creative and must have been highly chosen from a lot of other designs during conceptualization.
